Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Hercules Cleaning Services (“we”, “our”, or “us”), including your use of our website at https://herculescleaningservices.com and any communications or transactions with us.

By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Services Provided

Hercules Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific offerings, availability, and pricing may vary based on location, property size, and service type. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.


2. Booking and Deposit Requirement

  • All appointments must be booked through our website, by phone, or through social media channels.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits may be placed with a credit or debit card. There is no processing fee for the deposit unless you choose to pay the final invoice by credit card.

  • To avoid credit card processing fees, the remaining balance may be paid via Zelle or Venmo (see Section 3).


3. Payment Methods

  • Zelle: 323-975-3990

  • Venmo: @Bessi-Hercules

  • Credit Card: A 3.5% processing fee applies to the total amount when paying the final invoice by credit card.


4. Late Fees

If payment is not received within 2 days of the service date, a late fee equal to 20% of the total amount will be added to your balance.


5. Service Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, Hercules Cleaning Services requires a 48-hour notice before our office closes.

Business Hours:

  • Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Sunday: Closed

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice before 5:00 PM may incur a $100 fee (depending on the service).

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or if our cleaners are unable to access the property, will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.


6. Day of Service

  • Our cleaning technicians have a 15-minute wait period upon arrival. After that, the team may be dismissed unless we are contacted with an updated ETA. Waiting time may be charged if applicable.

  • We recommend having someone available for both an initial and final walk-through to ensure full satisfaction.


7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact our office within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas. Due to the subjective nature of cleaning, refunds are not offered.


8. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Refrain from any unlawful or abusive behavior toward our staff

  • Not use our website for spam, fraud, or any unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these standards.


9. SMS and Email Communications

By submitting your contact information via our website, lead forms, or booking forms, you consent to receive SMS and/or email communications from Hercules Cleaning Services, including:

  • Appointment confirmations and updates

  • Service-related messages and follow-ups

  • Occasional promotional offers (you can opt out at any time)

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your contact information for marketing purposes.


10. Website Use and Content

All content on our website is for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any specific purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hercules Cleaning Services shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses resulting from scheduling errors, delays, or service availability

  • Issues arising from third-party payment processors or platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hercules Cleaning Services from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
